A new club uses renuzy free for two months, with no card needed to start. The date your trial ends is in the bar at the top of every page and on the Plan page.

During the trial

Set everything up: members, imports, events, your club page and reports. Emailing members, automatic emails, meeting summaries to members and collecting dues online unlock when you pick a plan and add a card. Receipts and members' own sign in links always go.

Adding a card

Add a card on the Plan page any time. Nothing is charged before your trial ends, and your Plan page always shows the exact date of your first charge. It is monthly or yearly, at the price for your club's size, locked for as long as you stay. Paying yearly? A year costs eleven months, so you get one month free, every year.

If the trial ends without a card

Every page opens the Plan page, and your member list, payments, reports and handover pack can still be downloaded. The club and everything in it is deleted 30 days after the trial ends, unless a plan is picked first. renuzy emails your officers 7 days and 1 day before the trial ends, and 14, 7 and 1 days before the club would be deleted.
