Setting up your club

To set up your club, go to Get set up and work down the eight steps. Press a step to open it. You can skip any of them and come back.

Show meA walkthrough inside your club. You sign in first.
  1. Go to Get set up. The bar at the top shows how many of the eight steps are done.
  2. Press When dues are due, choose how your club renews and the date, and press Save.
  3. Press Membership options and prices. Type a name and a price for each kind of member, such as Individual at 25 a year, and press Add it.
  4. Press Your member list and upload your spreadsheet, or add people one at a time.
  5. Press Online payments and connect your club's own Stripe account, so members can pay by card.
  6. When you have a moment, add your logo and colour, automatic emails, a second owner and where member replies go.

Each step says Done when it is finished. renuzy also emails you these steps as buttons when you create a club, and Email me this list sends them again.

If something goes wrong

I cannot open Get set up

Setup is for owners, treasurers and membership volunteers. A board member with read only access cannot change it.

Automatic emails say Chosen, not On

Automatic emails write to your members, so they start once you pick a plan. Choose them now and they switch on the moment a card is added.

The setup reminders went away

Someone pressed Hide setup reminders. Go to Get set up and press Show setup reminders again.

Good to know
  • Steps marked optional can wait. Do the others before you invite members to join and pay.
  • Have your bylaws? renuzy can read them and propose your dues, dates and officers. See setting up from your bylaws.
  • Settings such as the grace period are under All settings at the top of the page.
Questions people ask

Do I have to do it all at once?

No. Each step saves on its own, so you can stop and come back.

Where do members see the prices?
