Setting up from your bylaws

Paste or upload your bylaws and renuzy proposes your dues, renewal date, grace period, fiscal year, officers and quorum. You check each one before anything is saved.

1. Go to Setup and choose Have your bylaws?, or go to the bylaws page.
2. Paste the text, or choose a file. With the AI switched on renuzy reads PDFs and photos of the pages too. Without it, renuzy reads pasted text by simple rules.
3. Each proposed setting shows the sentence it came from. Tick the ones that are right and change anything that is not. Anything renuzy could not find shows as an empty line you can fill in or leave.
4. Press Apply the ticked settings. Only then is anything saved, and renuzy keeps a record of which sentence each setting came from.

New prices apply to joins and renewals from then on. Members who have already paid keep what they paid. The file itself is not kept.

After a reading, the page shows how many settings were found and how many your club already has set, then each setting with its sentence and a big Use this box.
