Help for this page

Press Need help? at the top of any page. It lists the help for the page you are on, with Show me where there is a walkthrough.

Need help? sits in the same place on every page: at the top right on a computer, and in the top bar on a phone.

Press it and Help for this page opens with the articles for the page you are on. Articles with a walkthrough have a Show me button that walks you through it on your own pages. Under the list, Ask renuzy searches every article, and Browse all help opens the whole library.

What Ask renuzy answers

Ask renuzy answers questions about using renuzy, such as how to record a check or send a reminder. It does not look up or decide anything about your own club, its members, money or plans. Ask it who has paid or how much came in and it tells you where to see it yourself, such as Members or Reports. When no page shows it, it offers you a person.

If written answers are switched on, Still stuck? Ask renuzy writes a short answer from the help. It is told only which features your club has switched on, such as online payments, and nothing about your members or your numbers.

You can also ask a person from the same panel. It goes straight to Jeremiah, and the reply comes to your email.
