To find someone, go to Members and type a name under Find a member. Press a tile or Filter and sort to see one group, and Download this list to get them as a spreadsheet.

- Go to Members.
- Press a tile, such as Renewal due, to see just those people.
- Type a name, email, phone or town under Find a member and press Search.
- Press Filter and sort to narrow it further, such as everyone due in the next 90 days.
- Press Download this list for a spreadsheet of exactly the members shown.
- Press a name to open their record.
Their record has their details, payments, the events they came to and every email renuzy sent them.
If something goes wrong
Someone is missing from the list
Check no filter is on. Press Clear all next to the count, or press the tile for everyone.
Nobody matches my search
Try fewer words, or part of a name. Search looks at names, emails, phones and towns.
Good to know
- One bar at the top shows everyone by status: paid up in teal, renewal due in yellow, lapsed in coral, and comp or life in blue. Each status has its own shape too, so the colour is never the only clue.
- Needs you lists anything waiting on you, such as payment claims to approve.
- Lapsed, prospective and former members are free. Only members whose dues are covered count toward your renuzy plan.

What does Renewal due mean?
Their renewal date has passed but they are still in the grace period, so they are still active.
