Keep members: rescue notes
Each week renuzy drafts a short personal note to members who may not renew. You edit and send it, call them instead, or put it aside.
A member is far more likely to renew after a personal word than after another reminder. This page does the drafting so a personal word takes a minute.
The tiles at the top count the notes waiting and how many people renewed after a note or a call. What happened shows the same as a ring and a bar, then each note or call, newest first.
- Once a week renuzy looks for members who may not renew, such as a card that expired, a renewal still open, or nobody seen for months, and members who lapsed in the last 90 days.
- It drafts a short note for each, at most 25 a week, using the reason. With the AI switched on the note is written for that person; without it, renuzy uses a plain note you can change.
- Go to Keep members. Read each note and change it so it sounds like you. Their own renewal link is added at the end.
- Press Send, or I called them if you picked up the phone, or Not now.
Nothing is sent until you press Send, and a note never goes to someone who opted out, whose email bounced, or who is marked do not contact. Anyone written to or called is left alone for 60 days.
What happened shows each note and call, and whether the member renewed within 30 days. That is your save rate.
