Members get your wording from the next email on.

If something goes wrong

It will not save

A few tags must stay, such as the link in a renewal reminder, so nobody gets an email they cannot act on. The page names the ones to keep.

I want the old words back

Press Go back to the standard wording.

I cannot type in the box

Your role can read the wording but not change it.

Good to know
  • You cannot add new kinds of email, because reminders and automatic emails run off this list.
  • Automatic emails go out at 10 in the morning in your club's time, once a plan is picked.
Questions people ask

Can I change when the reminder goes?

The renewal reminders go on fixed days, from 30 days before dues are due until the grace period ends, and you can untick any step on the Renewal reminder email. The automatic emails in sequences let you pick the day for each email.

Does my wording go with every reminder?

Yes. renuzy's standard subject and first sentence change with each step, so a reminder after the date says the date has passed. If you write your own, your words go with every step.

Can I switch an email off?

Yes. Each automatic email has an on and off switch at the top of its page.
