Emailing one member
To write to one person, go to Email, press Send to one person, find them, then write from their page.
Show meA walkthrough inside your club. You sign in first.
- Go to Email and press Send to one person.
- Type their name or email and press Find.
- Press Write to them next to their name.
- Write a subject and your message.
- Press Send a test to me to see it in your own inbox.
- Press Send it.
It goes from your club's name, and their reply comes to you. It is listed on their page under the emails you wrote to them alone.
If something goes wrong
There is no Write to them button next to their name
renuzy will not email someone with no email, someone who asked to stop club emails, someone whose email bounced, or someone marked do not contact. The reason shows in its place.
Their email bounced
Ask them for a new address and change it with Edit their details. Changing the email clears the bounce.
I cannot see the message box
A board member with read only access can see the member but not email them.
Good to know
- Every email ends with a line to stop club emails, and your postal address if you have added one.
- Emailing members unlocks when you pick a plan.
Questions people ask
Will they see my own email address?
No. It comes from your club's name. Their reply comes to you.
Can I see what I sent before?
Yes. Their page lists the emails you wrote to them alone.
