A member’s record

Everything about one member: their details, household, payments, events they came to, and every email renuzy sent them.

The banner at the top says where they stand, in their status colour. Under it, four tiles count their dues, the year they joined, their payments and the events they came to. Their story lists payments and events together, newest first, and a payment that came back is marked with a warning.

This page is the full story of one member. Change their details under Do something for them, record a check or cash under Record a payment, and see every payment and email in the history below.

Anything you change is logged with your name and the date, so the next treasurer can see what happened and why. What changed, and who shows every change to the club as a timeline, newest first, with Open the record beside each change to a member.
