Moving from another membership tool

Upload an export from Mailchimp, Join It, WildApricot, ClubExpress or MembershipWorks, or paste a Google Sheets link.

On the Import page, choose the file your old tool gave you, or paste a Google Sheets link. renuzy recognises exports from Mailchimp, Join It, WildApricot, ClubExpress and MembershipWorks and matches their columns for you, then shows every match with the reason so you can change any that look wrong.

• Dates: each tool's own name for the day dues run to (Renewal due, Expiration Date, Renewal Date) becomes Paid through. A date in the past such as a last renewal is left out.
• Statuses such as Active, Lapsed, Expired, Pending and Cancelled are understood. Where the file has dates, the dates decide, and any disagreement is listed for you.
• Membership levels are matched to your own membership types. You see each level, how many people have it and our pick, and choose another if it is wrong.
• Mailchimp knows who is on your list, not who has paid, so people come in as not yet active. Anyone who unsubscribed in Mailchimp stays unsubscribed here.

A Google Sheets link

In Google Sheets press Share and set General access to Anyone with the link, then copy the link. No Google sign in is needed. A published sheet's link works too. Sheets over 4 MB need splitting.

Nothing is saved until you press Import, and nobody is emailed. Migration is free on every plan; send us the file if you would rather we did it.
