Feedback forms
Short forms renuzy sends the day after a shift, event or meeting, a month after joining, or when someone leaves.
Go to Feedback. The tiles at the top count the forms that are on and the answers in the last year, and a bar shows the answers by form. There are five places a short form can go out from:
- After a volunteer shift, to the people who came.
- After an event, to the people who checked in.
- After a meeting, to the people marked as there.
- New member check in, about 30 days after someone joins.
- Goodbye survey, one question on why, when someone lapses or is marked as a former member.
Each is off until you tick Send this form automatically and save. Change the questions if you like: a rating from 1 to 5, a pick one answer, or a short written answer, five at most. Three is plenty.
renuzy sends each one the day after, in your sending hours, once per person for each occasion. Nobody gets more than one feedback email a week, and never anyone who asked for no emails. Members answer from a private link without signing in.
Anonymous forms keep no name with the answer, only the day. Where fewer than three people answered about one shift or event, its name is left off the comments too. A goodbye survey with names shows the reason beside the member under Keep members.
Results shows how many answered, the average rating, the answers to each question, every comment and a file to download. With AI turned on for renuzy you can ask for a short summary of the comments; without it you get plain sentences from the counts.
