If something goes wrong

I cannot see Add an officer

Only an owner can add or remove officers. Ask an owner of your club.

They did not get the email

Ask them to look in spam. They can also go to the sign in page and type the same email to get a new link.

Someone has left

Next to their name, press Read only 30 days so they can still answer questions, or Remove.

Good to know
  • Treasurer: money and members. Membership volunteer: members, events and check in, with no money. Board: sees everything and changes nothing. Owner: all of that, plus who has access.
  • Keep two owners, such as the president and the treasurer, so the club is never locked out if one person leaves or loses their email.
  • The checklist higher up the page shows what a new treasurer needs. The most important item: if the bank account on your Stripe account is a past treasurer's personal account, change it in Stripe that day.
  • Handing the books to a new treasurer? The treasurer changeover walks you both through it step by step.
