Adding the buttons to Google Sites

Insert, Embed, the Embed code tab, paste, Next, Insert, then Publish.

Copy the piece from Your website in renuzy first: press Copy under the one you want.

1. Open your site in Google Sites.
2. On the right, under Insert, press Embed.
3. Choose the Embed code tab, paste what you copied, and press Next, then Insert.
4. Drag the box where you want it and pull its edges until everything shows.
5. Press Publish at the top right.

Google Sites also has a Button under Insert: give it a name, such as Join our club, and paste your Join link.
