Your club page, logo and links
To set up your club page, go to Club page, pick your colour, add a line about the club and your links, press Save, then upload your logo.
- Go to Club page.
- Under Your club colour, pick a colour or type the code from your logo.
- Type One line about your club, and your website if you have one.
- Under Your links, paste the address or just the handle of each page, such as @yourclub.
- Under Other ways you take money, tick each one you take, and say how in How to pay you outside renuzy.
- Press Save.
- Under Your logo, choose the file and press Upload logo.
Members see your colour, logo and links on the join page and on their own club page. See your join page at the top shows it as they do.
If something goes wrong
It says a link does not look right
Each link must be on that network's own site, so a Facebook button can never lead somewhere else. Paste the address from the page itself, or just the handle.
My logo will not upload
Use a PNG, JPEG or WebP under 512 KB. A square one looks best.
My changes went when I uploaded the logo
The logo uploads on its own. Press Save first for anything you changed above it.
Good to know
- Chat links, such as a WhatsApp group or a Discord server, show only to signed in members, under Chat with other members.
- Members see Ways to pay on their payments page. It lists only what you set up here. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay show only once your club takes payment online.
- Put in your Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Zelle name if you use them. Members see a button for each, with their dues filled in.
- Your postal address goes at the foot of club emails. US law on bulk email asks for one when you write to people who are not current members.
Questions people ask
Who can change the club page?
Owners, treasurers and membership volunteers. A board member with read only access can look but not change it.
Can I add links to our bylaws or newsletter?
Yes. Under Links for your members, type what it is and the link, and press Add link.
