Your Home page

Your club at a glance: money in, money owed, who is active, and what needs you today.

Home is the first page you see. At the top, What do you want to do? has four big buttons for the jobs treasurers do most: the board report, adding a member, door mode and emailing a group. The four coloured tiles under them answer the questions a treasurer gets asked most: what came in this month, how many members are active, what is owed, and what is due in the next 90 days. The small lines in the first two show the last 12 months, and Show the numbers under the tiles gives each month's figures.

The dark card shows what you have collected this year and how much of this season's dues are in. Its Show the numbers lists the figures behind the bar.

What to look at first

  1. Alerts at the top, if there are any.
  2. Needs you, next to Club health: claims to approve and members past their renewal date.
  3. Coming up: reminders renuzy will send and events on the calendar.

Who is paid up

The ring sits at the top of the right side. It shows your active members: paid up, renewal due, and comp or life. The number in the middle is the share paid up. Each line opens the member list on that filter, so the counts always match the list. Lapsed members are not in the ring; the line under it says how many there are.

Money in, month by month

Running total shows this year against last year. Press Each month to see what came in each month on its own, with your best month this year named. The months add up to the total at the top of the page.

Every chart has Show the numbers under it. Money is counted when it has arrived, so nothing on this page goes down after you report it.
