Discount codes

A code members type when joining or renewing, for a percent or an amount off, with an expiry and a use limit if you want.

The tiles at the top show how many codes are working, how many times they were used and what they took off dues. Each code has a ring of its uses against its limit.

A code is held for 30 minutes while a member is paying, so a code with one use left cannot be used twice at once. If they do not finish, the use comes back.

A code that takes off the whole amount makes the member a member at once with a zero payment. Every code and every use is in the audit trail, and the board report shows uses and the total taken off.
