Ways to pay

Pay what you can, paying in parts, discount codes and automatic renewal. Every payment still counts as dues the usual way.

Go to Ways to pay to choose, for each membership option, whether members may pay what they can or pay in parts, and whether members may renew automatically. Discount codes have their own page.

The tiles at the top count who is on automatic renewal and who is paying in parts. The bars show each membership option's price, and a ring for each member paying in parts shows how many parts they have paid.

None of these is a separate system. Each payment is an ordinary dues payment with the dates it covers, so the roster, reminders, grace period, receipts and reports work the same. The board report adds a short section on how members chose to pay.

Turning on online payments

The Online payments page shows where your club's own Stripe account stands, in three steps: connect it, fill in Stripe's form, and members pay online. Press Connect with Stripe to start, or Carry on with Stripe if Stripe still needs a few details. Nothing reaches Stripe until you press the button, and the money goes straight to your club.
