Quorum at a meeting

Mark a meeting as a board or members meeting and renuzy counts who is here against the quorum in your bylaws, then writes it into the minutes.

Open the meeting under Meetings and press Board meeting or Members meeting. renuzy reads your quorum from your club settings, such as "10 members", "25% of members in good standing" or "a majority of the board", and shows how many are needed today.

People count when they are on Who came: tick them there, or print the check in poster and members tap I'm here on their phone on the day. The card says plainly whether you have a quorum.

Press Write the quorum into the minutes and one line goes at the top of the notes with who was counted and whether a quorum was present. The count is kept with the meeting too.

Once a quorum is set, the meeting page shows a bar of who is here with a black line at the quorum, and says in words whether you have one. The table under it gives the same three numbers.
