Calendar subscriptions

Your events in anyone's Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, kept up to date by itself. Members get a private one with more in it.

Your club has a public calendar of its events. Anyone can subscribe from the Add these to my calendar link on your website's events list, or from the buttons under Connections. Subscribed calendars check for changes every few hours, so a new or moved event shows up by itself.

Each member also has a private calendar, on their Events page, with:

• every event shown to members, including members only ones;
• meetings you put on members' calendars, with their meeting link;
• the volunteer shifts they signed up for.

To keep an event off the public calendar and your website, open the event's Online link page and tick Members only. Members whose membership has lapsed see public events and their own shifts only.
