Door mode
To check people in, go to Events and press Open door mode on the day.
Show meA walkthrough inside your club. You sign in first.
- Go to Events and press Open door mode.
- No event today? Type its name and press Start door mode.
- Press Scan membership cards and allow the camera.
- Point the camera at a member's card. They are checked in and the next scan is ready.
- No card? Type their name in the search box and tap them.
- Count visitors with + Guest.
Everyone checked in shows under Here now, and counts on their record and in your club health score.
If something goes wrong
The camera does not open
Allow the camera when the phone asks. If you said no before, allow it in the browser's settings for this site, or type names instead.
Someone shows yellow
Their renewal is due. The treasurer can take cash or a check on the spot.
A ticket says it was already used
Someone scanned it before. Check the name on it with the person at the door.
Good to know
- Several volunteers can run door mode at once on different phones.
- Event tickets scan the same way. Door mode says whether a ticket is paid.
- Owners, treasurers and membership volunteers can run the door. Only the treasurer or an owner takes money.
Questions people ask
Do members need the app?
No. Their card is on their phone or on paper, and nothing needs downloading.
Can I check people in after the event?
Yes. Open door mode for that event and tap their names.
