Online meeting links

Paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams link on a meeting or event. Members see it with the event and in its emails.

On Events, choose Online link under an event. On a meeting's page, choose Add an online meeting link. Paste the link and save.

• Members see a Join button with the event on their page, in their own calendar and in the event's invitation and reminder emails.
• The link never appears on the public calendar or your website.
• For a meeting, tick Put this meeting on members' calendars to list it on members' Events page and in their calendar. A meeting linked to an event also gives the event its link.

Zoom and Google Meet accounts

Coming soon: an owner connects the club's Zoom or Google account under Connections, and renuzy makes the meeting and its link for you. After the meeting renuzy fetches the transcript and emails the officers. Nothing goes into the notes until an officer has read it and pressed Add to the notes; then draft the summary as usual.
